Preheat the oven to 180° C and line a baking dish with grease proof paper
Place the salmon fillets on to the baking dish
Melt the butter and add the garlic, parsley, parmesan and lemon zest
Coat the salmon with the mixture evenly
Bake until the salmon is cooked through, about 25 minutes
Serve with lemon wedges and a side salad or roasted broccoli
